The value of the measured temperature (actual) will be displayed on the display located on the control temperature compared to the value of the desired temperature or set point.
The simplest example, the measurement of the temperature in a mold, for example, the value of the desired temperature is 120 C, the actual temperature is measured at 123 C, then the alarm output contact temperature control will work, this contact can be used to control equipment-equipment such as solenoid valves, magnetic contactor to pump etc.
The amount of alarm thresholds can be set on the parameters contained in the tool, so that the actual temperature may be in accordance with the temperature cooled.
input
, Input or input or collectors that are used commonly in the form of a temperature sensor such as thermocouple and PT100, connected directly to the input terminal of the Temperature control. Or it could be the input of a voltage or current signal coming from other devices such as transducer etc., the value of the signal flow between 4-20 ma.
output
Output or output of the temperature control can be either a current signal (analog) or of relay contacts are ready to be connected with other control devices.
Ways of working.
Generally temperture control has a set point / limit temperature values that we input into the parameters therein. When the value of the object temperature (actual value) measured exceeds the set point a few degrees then the output will work.
